Elegant SHOES with a stable heel

Worn once to a party. Heel is 9cm high, very stable. The widest part of the shoe is 9cm, the leather around the toes is very soft, which is important to me because I have wide feet, my foot length is 27cm, and this size 41 fits perfectly. The rubber around the ankle is firm enough but doesn't press, I don't have a delicate ankle, my ankle circumference is 30cm. The box is preserved and there are spare heel pads to replace.
