Santa Claus brought a book that is already on my bookshelf. The book is very good, with quality content, 161 illustrated yoga poses. Author: Nancy J. Hajeski, 391 pages, publisher: Helios. I would also be willing to exchange it for another good book, for example, "Gatavo Linda un Hosams Abu Meri" or "Living Without Pauses" by Z. Zariņa-Rešetina, or "Five Ingredient Meals". 🙂
